Donna and Taryn, two operatives for The Agency, accidentally intercept a delivery of diamonds intended for drug lord Seth Romero, who takes exception and tries to get them back. Soon other Agency operatives get involved, and a full-scale fight to the finish ensues, complicated here and there by an escaped snak...。哥斯拉破坏日本多年，〈G对策总部〉发明黑洞炮对付。但实验出意外，引来古代巨大昆虫超翔龙重现，并攻击哥斯拉。日本成了哥斯拉、超翔龙及人类三方的战场。。
