Six month after the first season concluded, the Russian occupation still holds Norway in a firm grip. In the first episode of the second season we follow the steps to form an exile government, and the negotiations with EU and Russia in the wake of a military confrontation at a gas plant。秦英（张锦程）委托Mike（江华）暗杀黑帮头目一哥（炜烈）。一哥死，英得手后嫁娲Mike，Mike被追杀。警察雷天（黄树棠）在调查这宗案中亦被连累遇害，其养子范进（吴毅将）悲恸不已，及后欣赏Mike身手和义气，决与他联手为养父报仇，可惜在行动中引致修女（蔡晓仪）无辜惨死，Mike与进唯有拼出最后一口气对付英。。
