《灵异事件之玉女幽魂》讲述的是女主角洛可可在新交了一个男友吕德之后，不断碰到一个女鬼的骚扰，洛可可随后了解到这个女鬼是吕德的前女友罗曼。罗曼生前找过一个叫温雷生的心理医生进行心理治疗，关于这个罗曼的一切，都和这个温雷生有着千丝万缕的联系，起初洛可可以为是吕德与这个温雷生串通在一起想使用自已的身体复活罗曼，但随着调查的不断深入，事态也逐渐变得复杂和棘手，洛可可能否发现最终真相?。Two young men (Jon Cryer, Rick Stear) who have been friends since early childhood decide to go on a trip to find a third friend (Rafael Baez) who has long since disappeared. Stories they have heard indicate that the friend has been seen in an apparently rambling, incoherent state at Coney Island.
