猪猪侠和阿五一起前往恐龙时代，调查并记录各种恐龙的生态资料，打造全宇宙最受欢迎的恐龙博物馆的故事。每一集，他们都会调查一种恐龙，而恐龙总会与他们产生各种各样奇妙的互动，使得调查的过程往往艰辛而滑稽，但他们也因此见识到恐龙不为人知的一面，并将这一幕幕情景记录成数据，带回博物馆。。上世纪80年代，胡八一、雪莉杨、王凯旋三人的好友大金牙去往四川巫峡收古玩，他回来后却意外中毒。为救好友，三人启程前往巫峡寻找解毒草药。令三人没想到的是卷入了一场阴暗的杀人计划之中，又开启了一段未知的探险之旅。。Set in a small town in West Texas, four boyhood friends who made a solemn promise to leave town together immediately after high school graduation must now "put up or shut up."
