本部作品《剧场版 假面骑士利维斯》讲述了与恶魔签订契约的假面骑士的故事！ 研究员乔治·狩崎所在的菲尼克斯研究所遭到敌人入侵，损失惨重。面对强大的敌人——亡命众，狩崎决定解锁“利维斯系统”。最终得到利维斯系统的人是五十岚一辉，与恶魔维斯。五十岚一辉，正义感很强，为人热情，又爱打抱不平。他是家中长子，兄妹一共三人，与父母一起经营着家庭澡堂。而维斯是附在一辉身上的恶魔，我行我素，不谙世事，爱惹麻烦。 这次他们搭档前去解决游乐园中袭击无辜市民的亡命众，但维斯下手没有轻重，破坏性太强，一辉只能答应维斯战斗结束后让他去泡个澡，于是维斯乖乖听话。一辉的弟弟——五十岚大二，后来也提供了新装备——巨齿狂鲨罪恶印章。在大家的帮助下，一辉与维斯两人携手，最终解决了敌人蜘蛛亡命徒，城市就此恢复了和平。。Inspired by W.G.
